Optimum Brasses/Coronavirus update:
It’s not goodbye… just a ‘see you soon’.
Following the latest ‘lockdown’ regulations issued last night by our Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, as a non-essential business, Optimum Brasses will be closing until restrictions are lifted. We have initially been informed these restrictions are in place for 3 weeks, we will of course keep you updated.
What does this mean for our customers?
- You will still be able to place orders online, however they will not be processed until the workshop/office reopens. Upon reopening there may be a slight delay in production time (for reference our usual production timeline is 5 – 10 working days) depending on the number of orders received during the time we are closed.
- Our Managing Director, Nick, will attempt to contact any customers with current orders (orders placed before this morning), to discuss their status, today (24/03/2020).
- Emails and our Social Media accounts will be monitored daily, you are more than welcome to contact us with any queries you may have about current orders or any general enquiries/future requirements and we will do our best to help.
This really is just a ‘see you soon’, as a small employee owned business we rely on our customers to support us, you may not get your orders right away but as soon as we are able to be back up and running we will endeavour to get orders out as quickly as possible.
These are worrying times for us all, please be safe, stay home and look after yourself. For those key workers that are out there keeping the world turning, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
