If you’re ordering from our main stock, please note that delivery times will vary based on the quantities and finish types of the items, as each piece is hand-finished. For those selecting an antique finish, please allow approximately 5-7 working days to achieve the perfect color.
Smaller polished or antiqued orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days, provided all items are in stock. However, larger orders or items not currently in stock may take longer to deliver.
For supplemental and custom items, these will need to be cast to order and can take up to 4 weeks to return from our foundry. After we receive them, we will hand polish and color the items to meet your specific requirements. Once you confirm your order, the entire process for supplemental and custom items will take between 4-6 weeks to complete. I was recommended Optimum Brasses by Gilboy's Furniture Restorers of Staverton. I had bought a 'secessionist'-style dressing table, which was missing one original mirror pivot. I supplied the existing one to OB, and they copied it masterfully (see photo)
