Optimum Brasses offers different payment methods which are listed below.

Card Payments

All online transactions are processed securely by our merchant service providers  ‘Cardsave’ (Worldpay). Your credit card number will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software. Our merchant providers then inform us, via the encryption system, the outcome of that transaction.

Bank Transfer

Orders placed can be paid by Bank Transfer.  Using this method enables you to place your order via the website and receive your confirmation order.  You will then receive an email with information outlining our bank detail with which you can transfer the total order price.

Orders will be held for 14 days awaiting payment.  No order will be processed or dispatched before order payment is received in full.

Phone with Payment

Orders made on the website can be paid for by telephone.  You can proceed with your order as normal opting for the ‘Phone for Payment’ method.  We will then take your card payment over the phone and then start to process your order.

We only recommend using this method if you are unsure of using our online secure card payment method.

Cheque Payment

Currently we do accept payment made by cheque and received by post. This is not an e-cheque made over the internet.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.  However, customers will be informed at the time of their order if any price has been changed.  In the event of a price change, all purchases placed with the listed prices and paid in full from www.optimumbrasses.co.uk will be honoured.

Catalogue Prices

All purchased or downloadable catalogues will be issued with the current price list. In the event of a price change it is your responsibility to check the current prices and request an up to date price list.
